"The staff was great. Breakfast was less than desirable. Had at least a dozen children staying long term on my floor, unsupervised, loud, would knock on peoples doors and run as a prank. Room had a dirty feet smell. Shower needed attention around base due to getting wet and swelling. Water pressure was horrible. "

I called ahead before making reservations to confirm if hotel has walk in showers and was lied to saying the hotel had been renovated and all the rooms had walk in showers. I was traveling with my elderly mother who can’t step over and into a bathtub to shower. At least they had the handicap room available but this would have been very problematic if they hadn’t. "
