Facility was great, room was clean and quiet, staff was great as well. But the breakfast was absolutely terrible, and the wifi barely worked. I would definitely stay again, but those aspects were disappointing.

Quiet, allowed late checkin, super friendly staff. The main issue was low water pressure, and no bedding for the sofa bed.

The employees are exceptional! Leigh Ann and Stephanie were both very patient, professional and went above and beyond customer service. The employees in the breakfast room were also excellent. The cleaning staff were polite and helpful. Overall, we highly recommend this establishment.

Best Hotel You Could Ask For

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in the Columbia and surrounding areas. The room was very comfortable. The staff were nice and welcoming. Everything was extremely clean. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel in the future.

Pool was dirty. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Bed comfortable and room nice. It was a beautiful day to sit by the pool but pool was not appealing. Water dirty and turning green. Breakfast was very good

This was a good stay. We slept well and it was all nice and comfortable. The staff was curtious and helpful. The one who checked us in wore a mask and we could not understand what was said. We do understand the reason for the mask. Someone continued to block the back door exit open with a small stone and that was a security concern. We reported it and the staff responded. The closers on the doors were far too strong making the room doors slam hard if released. There was a sign to not let that happen but it seems a better solution is to have the correct closers on the doors. Our all we enjoyed our stay snd would stay there again.
