We were a late arrival and from the time we got there (at 1AM) to the time we left, everyone was so friendly! Whoever runs the breakfast buffet does a fantastic job… everything was fully stocked and kept at the right temperature. All in all, a great experience!

The staff at this hotel was phenomenal. However, the hotel has a stench. The first one we were in smelled damp. I looked under the window seal and it was mold. No type of discount for inconvenience. 2nd room bathroom door didn’t close and we seen a giant cockroach. Shower was dingy and mildew on curtains. Breakfast was good. Pool was great for the kids.

The management and staff was awesome. The only concern and problems we noticed were the following: 1. From the time you walk in it smells like mildew or mold. Not your normal fresh hotel smell for a newer facility 2. The gym was nice but the wall A/C was causing water damage and it created a mold smell. Additionally, the staff kept a water bucket under A/C to catch the water. The water bucket was running over creating a puddle and stream of water upon entry. Could no longer enjoy my workouts. 3. We reserved our room weeks in advance as an honors member. Only to receive a room that had water damage issues, mold smell, wet carpet, and a bad smell. Management attempted to move our room….only to downgrade us. We dealt with the issue by remaining in the room for 4nights or cram in a smaller room with the amount of guest we had. Truly disappointing for a Hilton property. Never will reside at a Hilton again, only Marriot.

Hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable. AC wasn’t that great and our room felt stuffy. Shower was great. Breakfast wasn’t great. Cinnamon rolls, coffee and banana is what we ended up eating. Eggs were cold, sausage and potatoes were ick. Biscuits and gravy were good. Loved the coffee bar. The biggest downside was the sewer gas smell. Everything seemed nice and clean but the sewer smell was rough. We travel all over the USA and would stay here again.
