The second floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living-dining room with a sofa bed for two people and a magnificent armchair where you can sleep one person, with direct access from the living room to a wonderful equipped terrace, and bathroom.
On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and a wonderful dressing room, the second bedroom has a double bed and the last bedroom has a single bed. There is also a full bathroom with shower.
There is air conditioning in all rooms of the house.
It is located 400 meters from the Regueral beach and 100 meters from the port of Cambrils, which can be reached by taking a walk along the wonderful promenade.
Ideal for families who wish to enjoy the tranquility of the Cambrils Dorado-Mediterrani area and at the same time access the beaches of the Costa Dorada by car.'
