- Spacious and modern terrace home spread over 3 floors, with your own car park. - Open plan living/dining area, with modern amenities throughout. Short or long stays available. - Located off Hills Road in a quiet lane, and a short stroll to nearby restaurants and pubs. - A quick 10 minute walk into the City centre or Cambridge train station. - Perfect for pleasure or business with superfast wifi, and a small workspace.

This spacious 3 bed terrace home over three floors and with your own parking, is centrally located in the heart of this historical city. It is the perfect place for a group of up to 6 people looking to explore, work, or study with everything needed a short walk away. It has been furnished with well thought out pieces throughout, to create a relaxing and stylish stay in the centre of Cambridge.
SLEEPING: Main Bedroom: 1 x King Size Bed with built-in cupboards. Second Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed with Ensuite and Working desk. Third Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed with Make-up table or Small working desk. Main bathroom with own bath and shower next to main bedroom. We provide bath and hand towels for each guest, and basic toiletries are available for your stay.
CHILLING: A well appointed open plan living/dining area with a 50 inch Smart TV with all your favourite TV and Streaming channels available to watch. Own account required for streaming channels. There is also a dedicated working desk in the Second bedroom to work from and a fast wifi connection. A small outdoor patio space with outdoor furniture, is connected to a large communal garden.
EATING: The modern kitchen is generously sized, and fully equipped for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, and kettle. There is also a washing machine (no dryer) available for personal use.
PARKING: There is a dedicated parking spot for one car, that is available and free for guests to use. It is rare in the centre of Cambridge to have a free parking space available for use. There are also public car parks nearby at the train station or next to Parkers Piece that guests can use if they have extra cars.
OUT AND ABOUT: Located in the centre of Cambridge just off Hills Road and down a safe and quiet lane. It is a short walk to Regent Street and Parkers Piece, and an 8 minute walk to Cambridge train station and a bus terminal. Buses are also available along Hills Road. On Hills Road there is a Tesco Express and a Co-op supermarket at the end of the lane, and there is also an array of cafes, restaurants and pubs nearby and easily accessible by foot. This is a prime position for all occasions and rare to find in the Cambridge city centre.
I won’t be around in person during your stay, however I have help managing my Airbnb with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.
Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay. The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required. We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay.
- We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours - Smoking in the property is strictly prohibited. - Extra guests are not allowed. - Superfast Wifi up to 70 Mb. - Pets are not allowed - Should we discover any areas of concern about the cleanliness of the property after you check out, you may incur an additional cleaning fee. - Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire at a cost of £50, or £30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to the property prior to your stay. - Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave in the entrance hall. - We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods, toilet rolls and kitchen rolls. If more is needed during your stay there are nearby supermarkets minutes away. - This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

The locally based team of Pass the Keys® in Cambridge have personally inspected my home and certify it has met the Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
