Delightful 1 night stay

Needed an easy one night stay - and Selwyn could not have been better. Porters friendly and helpful, - easy welcome. Great included college breakfast. Room large and comfortable - and spotless. Thanks

Woke up covered in bites. Hands, arms, legs. Couldn’t get a hold of the porters. After trying for 45 minutes phoned several other numbers who put me through to the porters. Took 5 hours to allocate me another room. Room allocated was next door. Found it difficult to sleep for the worry about bed bugs. Took a reaction to the bites so had several days of antihistamines. Paranoid on taking bed bugs home I got rid of my suitcase. No mention of refund or partial refund. I wouldn’t return.
