Welcome to your private coastal haven in charming Cambria, in the Park Hill community! This brand new, 400 sqft studio offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your extended stay. Features a full kitchen, dishwasher, Full size washer/dryer and a modern bathroom.
Enjoy the expansive deck with views of Cambria pines and the hills
Steps from Fiscalini Ranch & Moonstone Beach. Perfect for month-long retreats!
Entrance to the studio is through the sloped driveway/sidewalk (concrete). Parking is off-street
Studio has a queen bed with end tables, couch, work table/chair, small dining table with 2 chairs and a 55 inch smart HDTV (Netflix, Amazon Prime video). Closet with sliding door and extra storage space is available.
Kitchen has a 24 in gas range, dishwasher, 30 inch sink with garbage disposal, Keurig single serve coffee machine, microwave and toaster. Essential utensils are included.
Washer/Dryer tower unit is available inside the studio.
Bathroom has a 30x30 walk in shower with rainfall shower head/handheld unit, floating vanity and toilet.
Central heat is maintained at 69 degrees, an electric space heater is also provided for the studio.
