Frequento este hotel há muitos anos, muito antes de ser administrado pela rede Charlie, ele é muito bem localizado e os funcionários da recepção são gentis, mas infelizmente falta manutenção nos quartos, com problemas na iluminação, colchão, banheiros com registros sem tampas, aparelhos de tv antigos com imagem escura, que não conseguimos ajustar, etc. Na primeira noite não conseguimos dormir porque o colchão de molas estava em péssimas condições. Na manhã seguinte solicitei na recepção a troca de quarto mas fui informada que teria que entrar em contato com a rede Charlie para que eles providenciassem. O contato por whats demorou 30 minutos para resposta e tive que argumentar pra conseguir a troca. Felizmente o funcionário da recepção foi atencioso e nos realocou num quarto em condição um pouco melhor.

Uma boa experiência em Cambará
Hotel muito bom e confortável. Excelente para viajantes a negócio ou famílias que precisam ficar alguns dias na cidade. Na nossa estadia, pecou somente na qualidade dos pratos servidos no jantar. Pedimos o Frango Supreme e a carne estava muito dura. Pedimos também o peixe (filé de Tilápia) que não estava saboroso. Enfim, o custo benefício do jantar não valeu a pena.
