Holiday Villa in the Versilia hills near Camaiore for 9 people and 4 bedrooms.

The Villa has a large garden, parking spaces, sea view and private swimming pool.

The land available to Casa Versilia is approximately 4000 sqm partly covered by different varieties of plants such as olive trees and palm trees.

The entrance is through an automatic gate that leads to the parking area for 2-3 cars.
From here a road leads directly to the Villa, going along it you can see the private swimming pool on the left.

The holiday villa also has a flat garden in front and on the side.

The private swimming pool measures 12 x 5 meters and has different depths, from that for children up to 2 meters for diving from the diving board.

From the swimming pool you can admire a partial sea view of Versilia.

Near the swimming pool, two changing rooms, hot shower and toilet are available for guests.
Outside, however, a cold water shower is available.

Parking is available immediately at the entrance gate. The Villa can also be reached by car.

The sea is 7 km away, the nearest shops around 2 and a large supermarket 5 km away.

Superbe Villa près de la mer

A deux familles (8 personnes dont 4 garçons de 11 à 16 ans) nous avons passé deux semaines formidables dans cette villa au nord de la Toscane. Les villes de Lucques et Pise sont très faciles d'accès (20 - 30 minutes), de même que les très belles plages entre Viareggio et Marina de Pietrasanta (10 - 15 minutes). La villa est au top, de même que les très beaux alentours et la superbe piscine. Un grand merci à la famille Manelli pour son accueil chaleureux. A recommander!
