"The most beautiful airbnb i have been to in Cuba , staff where always there to help out with anything, they even helped is cook they chopped our vegetables for our soup and served everyone when it was ready. I would absolutely go back to the green house, we had a family get together and it was an amazing experience. "

"We arrived at the hotel and were told that we did not have a reservation as the property was being renovated. We were put in a neighbouring casa with a lovely lady but the casa was not as nice/big as our original booking. Very disappointed with the whole situation and not sure if hotel Italia took another booking and disregarded ours. "
