"From service to room cleanliness, everything was top notch. The hotel is newly opened so not a lot of people know about it but this is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stay in Vietnam. "Pool and gym were great, however staff were very rude. The transportation with the shuttle buses was terrible, at peak times we would wait 20 minutes to then not fit on a bus as other people would stampede each other to get on. Massive amount of Russian tourists, we were the only English speakers within the resort, which made it a very difficult stay. "
