Upon arrival, there was a notice of non payment of almost 4000 from the electric company on the door so I was concerned I would lose electric. The grounds seemedover grown and unkept. There was no TV, no hot water in the kitchen with a brokenhot water knob which would have needed a wrench. Although it had in room air conditioners vented outside, they were taped in place with open air coming inside. One of the open areas actually had live tree vines coming inside which I pulled out. There was no outside shower working at all. No propane because all 3 tanks were empty. My son ran to grab a tank for us to try to use. The bathrooms had no curtains on the windows for privacy. There was complete open stair area into the basement which allowed bugs inside. Barely any lighting throughout this home as well with the lights being random neon colors would change on their own. The hot tub was clean and nice to use as well as the pool area we really enjoyed. I requested an earlier check in which she accommodated me 2 hours which I appreciated. My family luckily has fun wherever we are as long as we are together so this did not ruin our stay however, this was not what I expected according to the description I booked.
