The entire accommodation is located upstairs, while the ground floor remains closed and unoccupied. Villa consisting of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Bright and airy, located in a quiet area, just 5 min. drive from the center of Calpe, a beautiful seaside resort, where you will find a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops, right on the beach. This villa is surrounded by typically southern vegetation, with its palm trees and pine trees, immersing you in a pleasant atmosphere.

Location and distances: Beach: 800 m. Supermarket: 700 m - Restaurants: 200 m. City center: 3 km.

Upstairs (approximately 120 m²): Veranda with large windows with beautiful views of Calpe. Living / Dining room with satellite TV and DVD. Equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee maker). 2 bedrooms (1 double bed each). 1 shower room / WC. Free wifi internet.

Outside: Enclosed land with trees. Private swimming pool 8 x 4 meters with internal steps. Outdoor shower + deckchairs. Outdoor terrace, garden furniture. Barbecue. Parking for 1 car.

ALL INCLUSIVE / except: Deposit: €400 / stay by credit card or in cash (deposit debited and returned approximately 1 week after departure, provide a RIB for reimbursement if you pay in cash).
