About this property

First floor apartment with south-facing terrace approx. 200 m to the beach

  • Our ground floor apartment with terrace for 4 people is located on the quiet south side of the apartment complex Beach Apartment Callantsoog, only about 100 m from the kilometer-long sandy beach and a few minutes' walk from the town center. The modern, approx. 65 m² apartment was lovingly renovated from September 2011 and mostly newly furnished. Further modernizations and equipment are carried out continuously.

    The apartment has two bedrooms with two double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m and 1.60 x 2.00 m), a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a large living / dining room with kitchenette including ceramic hob and microwave.

    In the cozy living area there is a flat screen TV, on which you can also receive German programs and a stereo.

    A washing machine and dryer are in a common room and can be used with brands available from the caretaker.

    Four chairs, a table, two deckchairs and a parasol are available for the terrace.
