This was an excellent property. I had my own room with bathroom. I felt very safe and cared for. Carlos went above and beyond our expectations. He made sure all of our needs were met. I would highly recommend!

The staff, including the owner Juan Carlos and the two women who take care of the property during the day, were amazing. Incredibly helpful, pleasant, always looking out for me. The area is good, close to things to see such as the Park of the cats, the local art museum, and the church of San Antonio, but can be a bit loud due to traffic outside. If you are looking for something fancy, you might want to look again, but for the traveler who wants to spend less but be in a good location, with clean facilities and very good people around Hotel Stay is a place to keep in mind. Juan Carlos also helped put me in touch with Fredy, who brought me from and to the airport and provided transportation out of the city for an excellent price. Lovef my stay here!

The room and staff were amazing. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is planning a trip to Cali. A lot of amazing bars and restaurants close to the hostal and a beautiful park that overlooks the city. I spent many hours just sitting in that park just looking out onto the city.
