i have stayed here several times the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are nice and comfortable. the rooftop jacuzzi has a nice overview of the city with a relaxing terrace too! my only issue is the cook top in the room could use updating they are very slow to heat but otherwise this is a nice affordable place to stay. also the breakfast at the resaurant prepared fresh is great

Excellent stay and staff, rooms comfortable mattresses..did not particularly like the steaming TV , would rather of had cable or satellite, only two channels in English out or 400 and no CNN. I will stay there again though since this is my 6th time staying there .

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. We ordered room service from the restaurant and it was delicious. Information was left in the room in English and Spanish which was a nice bonus. The rooftop terrace was beautiful, the pool (hot tub) was not used by us. The view was very nice. The room with the balcony was very noisy, traffic almost all night with party buses going by. If you're not a light sleeper, then the room with a balcony will be fine for you. Good location, close to downtown. Taxi service was on time.

We booked a standard room that in the pictures looked clean, updated, overall well kept. We arrived and got a room that smelled horrible, no a/c working, got moved to another room the same night and the a/c worked for half an hour, finally the next day we were moved to a standard room with good a/c. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The hotel needs a lot of improvement.

No laundry service nor a recommendation where I could get this done. hot water was an issue every day the prices posted on the refrigerator were not accurate ( at least 5X than posted ) All things considered the staff did go out of their way to help when they could It was very clean.

The rooms are modest and a bit dated, but the beds are comfortable, the hotel has a restaurant as well as multiple area business that will provide delivery. Situated in one of the best spots in Cali for nightlife, you can go out and then come back and enjoy the beautiful rooftop jacuzzi view.
