The check in and check out was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Having a continental breakfast was great, just wish they had the pancake machine working or a waffle machine. Overall a great stay.

It was just “ok”. I guess I expected friendlier staff. Toilet seat did not fit toilet and shower doors did not move correctly. Again, nothing horrible but for $151 I expected “very good”.

We loved this hotel! It was clean, beautiful, well taken care of - we were only here to sleep for the night, but our daughter didn't want to leave the next morning because the beds were so nice and cozy! We'll certainly remember this location the next time we drive through.

I need a comp rate for this disappointment
Picked IHG because of past experience but this one did not live up. We needed frig for meds. It was unplugged so I had to crawl on the floor to plug it in after recently having a knee replacement. The light came on though all was not good but never got cold. Shower door off track bathroom floor needed mopped Electrical outlets by bed didn’t work. WiFi wouldn’t let us log in and front desk less than enthusiastic we were told sorry many times but maintenance already went home. And don’t get me started on breakfast. Very stale croissants bagels like bricks help in there wasn’t sure they had more . Next time I’ll stay next door.. very disappointed with Holiday Inn

Get those towels upgraded please!!!!
The main part of the room was nice; however, the bathroom could use some work. The towels were worn out, stained and discolored. Why would you spend $$ to remodel rooms, then furnish dingy, stained, worn out towels? It’s time to upgrade your linens!!!! The entire bathroom was due for an upgrade. The actual hotel (lobby, breakfast area, continental breakfast) was very nice. The bed was very comfy too.

The front desk staff were friendly when they were available, but had to wait for someone to show up. The rooms were filthy! Some areas and the showers hadn’t even been cleaned and there were blood spots on the sheets!! Had to switch one of our rooms due to tv and fridge not working. And in the other room the ac unit had to be turned off due to loud rattling. Was also over charged an extra $800.

Hotel needed some care and help. Seemed short staffed, many things need attention. Pool heater broken or turned way down, which was disappointing for the kids. Room not really clean, shortcuts taken. Breakfast was the highlight and was solid, just felt like Charlie browns Christmas tree, really needed some love and attention.

It was quiet and clean. Breakfast was good. Our only complaint was some non-functioning lighting in our room. We reported it when we checked out and they said they would fix it. We stayed in a “dog room”, with vinyl flooring- not as plush as other rooms but it was spotless and we were happy with it.
