"The house keeping staff was awful, my room did not get cleaned when asked. Day of check out house keeping came in to finally clean my room before I was even checked out. Lots of homeless living around the hotel, not a safe secure feeling."

"The blowdryer in my room did not work. When we went down for breakfast there were no forks. So myself and 4 other people asked the lady that worked there to bring more forks. She said she would then came out three times with no forks. Keep in mind we all had our hot breakfast plates in our hands. ..."
