"The tesla chargers weren’t working. However, the front desk staff was great, and the manager that was there during our stay was super helpful, she compensated us with breakfast vouchers and made us feel very welcome and was super friendly! Definitely going to return to acclaim my next visit back to Calgary! super excited to see the new wing after construction."

"It was second visit to Calgary, Wife's Birthday so we went some indulgence. We had the top room with Jacuzzi and living room with sofa bed, at first Reception great kind smiling and joyful, answered our questions and provide us with information, room was clean top floor view on the highway, it's fine it was very quiet, bed was pretty comfortable room had decent a/c separated for each room carpet was clean smells good, though when I open the cupboard panel, in search of the fridge to place our water bottle, the panel hanging by one hinge, okay no biggie, but not so good, next day notice the couch/sofa was in very bad condition, couch okay , anyway very nice tub nice walk in shower spacious and not too complicate basic but functional, Kitchenette? sink large enough to wash your head in it but coffee machine /kettle/comfort, You have drawers microwave large sink, cup board with glasses and other glasses and other glasses but not coffee mug cup or plate or utensils on any other commodities related, Just felt a little dry with hospitality in room, no vending machines also , I think it could do better easily. I loved the room for the tub and the bed the price was also fair to location and size of room. Overall I would give it another chance 3.5 star would be more fair"
