Does not mention that was previously a hotel, that is now old and worn. It was nice that near the tram, but nothing else positive to say,

AC didn’t work well, no ice in the ice machines, only one bed when I asked for two. Plus it took waaayyyyyy to long to try and get checked in.

Had difficulty communicating directly with the hotel to confirm the booking. I tried calling before I left but no one answered the phone. I did not get a confirmation email either. Anyways it worked out when I got there but going there I was nervous as I wasn’t sure I had a place to stay.
