I had a great stay! The location is easy to find and it is located in a quiet neighbourhood. The place is clean and the amenities listed is accurate. I will definitely book the place again!
We stayed for a week while transitioning between houses, and this was exactly what we needed! Comfortable accommodations, responsive hosts, and convenient access to downtown
Nicely outfitted modern basement suite. Owners were great to work with.
Close to UofC and right next to Confederation Park which was great for walking.
This basement suite is beautifully renovated, quiet, comfortable and close to everything. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen appliances all worked well and the suite was completely private. The washer and dryer were especially appreciated. The LL was quick to respons and helpful when we had a question and the check-in, check-out processes he no issues. Over-all, a great choice if you are looking for a 2-3 bedroom place to stay in a perfect NW Calgary location..

Claire and Michael were great and very responsive whenever we needed anything. We happened to stay during the coldest week in Calgary in 2025, but the house remained warm and comfortable the entire time. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed—especially in the kitchen. Highly recommend this place, and we would definitely stay here again!
Michael and Clare were very responsive and promptly addressed our needs. The home is modern, clean, and had all the essentials needed to make our family comfortable while we enjoyed Calgary and Banff. I would stay at their property again.
We appreciated the cleanliness and layout of the space. I didn't realize this was a basement suite until we arrived (I reviewed the listing but was unable to locate "basement or lower-level" in the description, though I may have missed it.) One of our party members has a moderate mobility issue, so the stairs leading down into the space were unexpected, though we absolutely managed. Communication with hosts was timely and they provided a Guest Guide which answered all questions. Check-in process was very smooth. We enjoyed our stay.and would definitely reserve again.
The property is clean and very well thought out. My family enjoyed staying there. Owner is very intentional about making the place a great accommodation for group. My only negative comment about this property is the fact that it has just one bathroom. Coming from a home with miltiple bathrooms, my family struggled with prep time for outings. Regardless of this inadequacy, i would still recommend this place.

I really enjoyed staying at Rosetree Suite No. 2. The suite is nice and bright despite being in the basement. There is a rental suite upstairs, but fortunately it was vacant for the majority of my stay. However, when the upstairs suite was occupied, it was quite noisy and there is no sound dampening between the units. At nighttime, I could hear someone upstairs snoring, so if you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs.
Other than a random issue with the door lock malfunctioning late one night, entry and access to the unit was a breeze and I never had difficulty finding a place to park along the greenspace across from the suite. The whole suite was very clean when I checked in and the appliances are all full-sized. The fridge and range appear to be brand new, which was great. It was extra convenient to have a washer/dryer available.
Dog owners have a ton of walking routes available to them, including Confederation Park. Queens Park offleash park is only a short distance away, too.
The owners, Claire and Michael, stopped by at one point and were friendly and helpful when issues arose. They've taken care to make a very comprehensive guide to the suite and local area, which was a nice touch. The neighbourhood of Rosemont is safe, quiet, and long-established with a good mix of friendly residents.
Just FYI that larger groups may struggle with there being only one bathroom, but overall, I had a wonderful stay.
This property is very clean, nicely updated and decorated. The beds were comfortable.Great location for a walk with your dog and easily accessible to everything!
Fantastic suite for our family of 5. The decor is excellent and homey, with everything we needed to be comfortable. The kitchen is well set-up, there were plenty of towels and linens, the laundry was a welcome addition, and communication with the hosts was simple and easy. The neighbourhood is lovely, especially the nearby Confederation Park. Should we visit Calgary again, this will be the place to stay.
Very nice, well furnished home - convenient to downtown, The University of Calgary, Confederation Park and Nose Hill Park. Located in a very quiet neighborhood. As a downstairs unit, there can be a little bit of noise from the upstairs unit but not usually noticeable. Claire and Michael were quickly responsive to the few questions that we had.
