"Very nice staff and service "

"A payment was taken out of my account for one night without any prior notice telling me they were going to take a payment. When I asked about it they told me its policy if they were sold out that day. But when i arrived there was still people booking rooms so it doesn't make sense to what they say their policy was. Also it isn't stated anywhere. But other then that, the stay was good"

"It was a very small trip with my kids, altogether we enjoyed. It was clean, room, staffs were perfect. Although when i was trying to check in, she was talking on the phone, helping another customer book. we all stood there, she didnt even tried to say as courtesy, ' she will be back in a minute". Then other staff named Manpreet came, and she helped and should appreciate more as she took an extra effort to provide us something a bag with fruits, croissnats and muffins, because we were doing fasting and there wasnt an option for us to get food early morning at 5 am. So Thankyou Manpreet. I didnt get to see you and Thankyou while checkingout, as i left at 7.15am. Overall its a great stay."
