Four-bedroom, two-bathroom home, conveniently located close to everything. The Internet is live with sign-in instructions in the house. This home is ready for you to enjoy. The bedrooms include two double beds and two queen beds. There is a large area for study in the newly finished basement. Newer Bathrooms, Kitchen, and updated colours. Covered parking and a great street. Private deck space for the propane BBQ. Conveniently located near the University of Calgary, the Light Rapid Transit system, Foothills Hospital, and Downtown. There is easy access to the airport and to get out of town.
