You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Cozy townhome in SE (AC/Garage/BBQ) - Close to highway and amenities.

Relax with the family/friends at this peaceful place to stay. AC, bbq, fenced yard, cable tv, internet, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and double detached garage.

There are 3 queen beds that sleeps 6 people. If the booking is for 7 people than a single mattress is setup.

Pets allowed. Max 2 under 30lbs weight limit.

Please note there is a basement in townhome which is not developed and will not be accessible. When you book you get access to entire home but no basement.

No partying or loud music allowed anytime irrespective of quiet hours.

There are 3 queen beds that sleeps 6 people. If the booking is for 7 people than a single floor mattress is setup by host in the master bedroom for the 7th guest. Please note single mattress is only setup if booking is made for 7 people.

This area is in new neighborhood and may experience some construction noise during day time.
