Horrible experience, the key was missing when we checked in and after hours wasn't very helpful. The attitude was kinda to bad so sad you will have to get a hotel at 2am in Calgary downtown until they can rectified the situation. It was to easy to communicate with them but still could not access the property until 4:30 pm the next day. The apartment was nice but not at all like the pictures. We didn't get the money back for the hotel just the first night free and a credit worked out to $200,00 off are stay but the hotel cost me $387.00. Anyway I am sure this doesn't happen all the time but was very discerning.
