Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Horrible. We arrived and were met with a very sketchy neighbourhood and mislead by the images shown online. Unsecure door locks and air conditioning that only cooled one room. I contacted VRBO and our representative was very helpful, stating that we would get a full refund, however we have not heard back yet. The owner refused a refund.
