This peaceful and centrally located place is very close to bow river. This Apartment is on 7th floor with beautiful view. It’s only walking distance from Calgary downtown. Lots of restaurants around the building. Only walking distance from Government of Canada building. This place is clean and fully equipped with daily needs. It’s close to:- Canadian Superstore(Grocery store) Calgary Tower. Calgary Zoo. Stephen avenue walk Studio bell The space Enjoy a wonderful view of Bow river. A kitchen is included to fix your own meals but there are restaurants near by if preferred.

We really enjoyed this apartment and location. We were able to walk most places we wanted to go and had a amazing view of the Bow River. Would definitely book again.
Property was clean, missing items were quickly replaced/brought to the property. Not sure the bed was a queen sized bed but would be comfortable for one person rather than two. Location was perfect for what we needed. Parking was sometimes hard to find although was easy enough.

I loved the view of this apartment and the location was close to the river walk.
Everything I needed was in the apartment.
I really enjoyed my stay. Great communication with the owner.
The apartment has a wonderful view of the Bow River and is a good location to access restaurants on Stephens ave Owner’s response time and helpfulness was very impressive Unfortunately the great view and deck are inaccessible at night as the traffic noise is vey loud . Nothing the owner can do but the area seems popular for cars and motorcycles cruising at high speed with freakishly loud engines ( seems to be a Calgary thing) Also bed is advertised as a queen and it seems to be a double to us
This apartment had everything you needed, well stocked kitchen, bathroom with body wash, shampoo and condition as well as a blow dryer. Best of was the view from the balcony overlooking the Bow River and the Calgary Riverwalk! Located in the middle of Chinatown with lots of good priced eateries (Pho City) and a terrific spot for coffee called the Hidden Cafe (amazing home-made muffins). Communication with host was prompt, clear, and concise. Would stay there again!
Needs a lot of cleaning, carpet dirty& stained, cobwebs on ceiling, tiles cracked, no hand towels in bathroom, needs more kitchen utensils, only 5 cup coffee maker, needs a queen sized bed not a full sized bed. No kitchen table, needs end tables in living room.
