The condo is located in the Beltline district, which is one of the most accessible districts in Calgary. Located across the street you will find some of the best bars and restaurants in the city. Even closer, located just downstairs on the main floor of the building is one of the best cocktail bars in Calgary.

Close to the saddledome, minutes by foot to downtown and the Retail and Entertainment District (17th Ave).

Enjoy being a stone's throw from the river and the river walks, parks, the Central Library, museums, and shopping.

24 hour fitness and a hot yoga studio are located across the street. The Repsol centre (offering classes, Olympic pool, fitness studios and more) is just 1KM away. Numerous other activities such as boxing, spin classes and more are also within walking distance. Tennis courts and small children’s park are just a block over.

You will find a cohesive flow as you move through the space, with decor selected for its style, functionality, ease of use and comfort as top priorities.

- Large island with seating for 4 provides a great area for social cooking

- The table is set up against the wall to allow for ease of flow, however it can be easily expanded and allow for seating for four

Patio:
- Private patio with seating and beautiful views of Calgary, including the Saddledome

Living Room:
- TV, seating, coffee table, rug, ample lighting, and a sectional sofa that folds into one or two sofa beds

Laundry Room:
- Washer, dryer, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, ironing board, iron and extra space for storage

Parking:
- One underground parking stall. Additional parking can be found surrounding the building (free evenings and weekends), as well as other paid parking lots and stalls

All options of transportation are available to you. Bring a vehicle and park it for the duration of your stay and enjoy the perks of downtown living by getting around by foot, scooter, Uber, taxi, or city transit.

Attended Rotary International Convention 2025

We were looking for a place for our group of three adults to stay that was close to the convention location, BMO Centre, and that had parking. This condo was perfectly located to facilitate walking to BMO Centre as well as local restaurants and shops. The private off-street parking was also excellent. The local agent met us on time and checked us in and out with no issues. Condo was as appears in pictures, clean and in good condition. Would stay there again.
