It’s an okay hotel but it needs maintenance. The surrounding area was not well maintained, the grass overgrown, the pool full of dark water and not functional but it’s the first photo you see in the listing. The bathroom had a water problem and all the water will run towards the room. You could see that this was an ongoing problem because the tile was stained. The staff was really nice.

The hotel was good for the 12 days I spent there. Transportation was poor, no one told me that the train in my area did not run on Sunday and Monday. The buses did not have tickets so there was lost time.

I liked the stay at this place. I stayed for two days. I felt safe. The breakfast was free. very nice and plenty. The bathroom had a leakage from shower. There was a towel kept on the towel purposefully. When I took a shower, I saw lots of water coming out to the floor. I reported it to the lady at the front desk she said that every room is like that. I realized that she didn’t want to hear me. The next day it was a lot of water coming out, I again reported it to front desk and told her the leaking would damage the building and then immediately she sent someone to fix it. I would recommend this hotel. Even though it is located far away from Florence, it is a quiet place.

I won’t stay there again for sure . The hotel isn’t like the images. Problems with AC . Hotel carpet needs attention. The hotel needs renovation. THE POOL IS NOT HOW IT LOOKS LIKE IN THE PICTURE. It’s much uglier. Price was alright but It certainly was not a four star standard for me, not even three. Unless this is just the local standards in Italy

This hotel was pretty bad. Firstly their receptionists were very unprofessional and rude. Room was so old. I would never come here. Pics from hotels.com unrealistic. My overall rating is 3.

Unpleasant experience
Unfortunately our stay was a bit unpleasant; our room was extremely hot. I couldn't sleep as to how warm the overall temperature was and couldn't regulate it. Had to open the windows to try to breathe and stop the sweat. In the other hand, the shower was defective and splashed water out of it.

Florence Visit
The hotel was nice and I appreciated the amenities. It was close to the train stop so that was super convenient but it is about a half hour to 40 min ride to the center of Florence! The food there is great and the room service was a decent price!

The location is convenient to the train station. 10 minute walk. 22 minutes by train to central station. You can walk all of Firenze, Florence from there.

The hotel was disgusting. The reception staff who where there during the morning are so nerd that yoiu cannot communicate with them - no smile nothing. Our room was so small that we could not walk in the room. We will never go back there for sure.

It was a good experience but only we had problem with the bed. They had put two single beds by each other and made a double bed. It was terrible.

Great place to stay outside of Florence
The hotel in general is great although it is showing its age. Staff were excellent and breakfast was very good. The room was clean and comfortable although the bathroom was a bit cramped.

Very Disappointing
Suitable for 2 stars only as they do not have facilities which one would expect in a 4 star Hotel and those facilities which they did have required upgrading and refurbishing. The pictures in the website are very misleading. In the room NO: 1. Poorly stocked minibar ( 4 bottles of water , 1 can Fanta, 1 can of Beer) 2. No tea and coffee making facilities 3. Shower door broken ( generally scruffy and unclean) 4. No Laundry at weekends told to use the service in the shopping centre. 5. Staff rude, aggressive.

Close to Florence
Used the hotel as a close enough spot to Florence. Hotel could be updated and unfortunately they had closed the pool for the season. Some staff more helpful than others.

I didn't like the First hotel at all.I paid for renovated room, but it wasn't.There wasn't wi-fi in the rooms,no balconies in the rooms.You had to pay 3 euro per person for city tax.It is situated on the highway next to Carrefour.

Good location!
Great hotel! Very good location to Florence for an affordable price! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue they need to fix is to renovate the outside and some of the inside to make it look more pleasing. The breakfast was also great! Deffinately would recommend to a friend!

Probably the WORST hotel in Florence
The worst hotels I stayed in Europe so far! And I travelled a lot and stayed in many cheap hostels as well. First, it was located far away from Florence in the middle of nowhere. It took us 1 hour from the central station to get there and they didn't let us check in so we took another hour back to the city. Second, the services and management of this hotel is terrible, which totally ruined our trip in Florence. They would charge you taxes not before check-in but before check-out when you were in a hurry for another trip. Third, the breakfast was a disaster. They couldn't tell you were an individual guest or with group guests and would scream you out of the canteen and ask staff to check your room with some paper of their own. And they didn't apologise for being treating us like prisoners. Forth, if these won't make this hotel the worst choice of stay in Florence, I am surprised!

Air Conditioning was claimed to be on but it was extrememely hot in the rooms. Tried another room but it was barely cool enough as long as you didn't move around much. An unacceptable condition in the summer. The rooms were clean and comfortable, except for the lack of AC.

Check is was terrible, the staff was not helpful, room is dirty, Air-conditioning did not work, terrible all around
