"Very nice room"

"We booked the Hotel, called to check on the room as there was a Power outage in the area due to snow. We were told on the phone the room was ready. We arrived, went to check in. The women a reception informed us "You know we have no electricity, hot water, all facilities were closed. They were were willing to check us in, noting that there are only lights in the hallways. How about close the Hotel and halt booking? Terrible Managment."

" The house was PERFECT for our family holiday celebration. We loved spending time together in the living rooms and very spacious kitchen. We also really enjoyed the piano, sauna, hot tub and large fireplace. The location is great for getting to Chatham, Orleans and multiple beaches. "We had a very nice room at a reasonable price. It was close enough to downtown Chatham to be convenient, but far enough that there weren't traffic problems. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly, our room was spotless! It even smelled clean. Would definitely stay there again."
