About this property

Beautiful Country-Themed Tiny House 145

  • Custom built tiny house perfect for romantic getaways, out of town relatives visiting family, and vacations! The house is located right off Highway 36, we are only 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, and 35 miles from Round Top.

    Plenty of room to park your boat after a day at the lake.

    The tiny house has a comfortable queen size bed, downstairs has a full-sized futon, a spacious shower and bathroom with a regular sized sink and toilet, and a nice kitchen area. The home has a smart TV mounted on the wall in the living area that can be connected to your smartphone's hotspot to watch Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, etc.

    No smoking inside home.

    Quiet time is 10:00 PM due to shared amenities and other guest units on the property.


    We also have a larger barndominium at Vrbo/1136500. It sleeps 8, has an outdoor firepit area! All of the houses are located on the same 3 acre property.
