"This property as a whole and the rental unit directly from the owner is outdated and in disrepair. The owner makes it clear that you need to bring your own bedding and toilet paper. The room itself has a mattress which is falling apart, walls which need to be repainted and doors which need to be replaced. If you are okay with these poor (but generally clean) conditions for the price, you will be fine. "
