Who needs the sea when there is a lake? Especially when you get to spend your holiday in an ultramodern, completely new apartment with free lake access. With around 40 m², it is big enough for a lot of togetherness, whether it is on the balcony with a stunning view or in the open living room with a cosy double bed and a yellow sofa, a cooking corner, and a dining area, which is perfect for a romantic dinner. Another advantage is the key box for a flexible, autonomous 24-hour check-in. And in the surroundings? There are restaurants, supermarkets, and bars. You can park your car for free at the private parking space. On the promenade, which leads directly past the house, you can walk to the lake. Also, the bus, which stops directly in front of the house, takes you wherever you want.

Living directly on Lake Kaltern. If you are not swimming a few lengths in the cool water thanks to free access to the lake or lounging in the sun on the jetty, you can also put your feet up on one of the sunny balcony. If you are arriving by car, you have private parking on the property. If not, the bus stop is right in front of the house.

Service Hours: Night service is not guaranteed between 7:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Late Check-Out: Late check-out is permitted only with prior written confirmation from MUSE.office. Absent such confirmation, a full day's rate will be charged.

Same-Day Bookings: For reservations made on the same day as arrival, check-in is allowed only from 5:00 PM onwards.

Pets: Not all properties permit pets. Guests must notify MUSE.holiday via a separate email of their intention to bring pets. Where allowed, a fee of €15.00 per pet per night applies.

Crib, High Chair, and Bed Guard: These items are available upon request for an additional fee and must be booked in advance.

Check-In After 7:00 PM: Late check-in is available only if communicated by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and is contingent upon presentation of required documentation and payment of the tourist tax and any extras via credit card.

Heating and Air Conditioning Usage (If available): Heating is operational from October to April but will not be activated if external temperatures exceed 15°C or internal temperatures reach or exceed 21°C. Air conditioning is operational from June to September but will not be activated if external temperatures fall below 25°C or internal temperatures reach or fall below 23°C.

Electric Vehicle Charging: Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is prohibited unless explicitly permitted in the property listing. Where allowed, prior confirmation from MUSE.holiday is required, and additional fees may apply.

Utility Waste Charges: Unnecessary consumption of utilities, such as leaving lights on in unoccupied spaces or operating heating with windows open, will incur additional charges.

Ventilation Requirement: Guests are required to ventilate the apartment twice daily (morning and evening) for a minimum of five minutes each time to prevent moisture buildup and mold formation. Failure to comply will result in charges for remediation if mold is detected upon departure.

Wi-Fi Service: Due to the property's geographical location, Wi-Fi services may be intermittent or slow, and uninterrupted connectivity cannot be guaranteed.

Consumables: The property is not supplied with consumables such as spices, shampoo, or soap. Any such items present are part of a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay.

Die Ferienwohnung hat kein Internet sondern nur ein LTE Verstärker. Der Empfang deutscher Programme ist desolat bis kaum gegeben. Es fehlt ein Schrank, um seine Sachen zu verstauen. Leider gibt es keine Waschmaschine im Haus.Positiv ist das schön renovierte Apartment und der kostenlose Zugang zum Seebad Gretl.
