"Christian and all the staff were really nice, courteous, caring, kind & hospitable. We were worried about the "wooden plank" and river comments in a few reviews. While it should be properly fixed, there was really no issue. We stayed on the top floor and we are tall so I will have to say don't stay on the top floor if you're tall! "Property was as described. Excellent location, with good beds and amenities. Our host/owner Furio was responsive and offered excellent advice. Train station was a short drive for travel to Siracusa and later to Salerno. Easy access to Etna wine region and nearby towns. We stayed 3 nights which was our only regret as we should have stayed longer."

"Unser 14 tägiger Urlaub war sehr erholsam. Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Anlage und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Man benötigt aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Die Wohnung war auch bestens ausgestattet, auch eine Waschmaschine ist im Bad! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Mario Korico war sehr angenehm und zuverlässig. "magenta company overcharged 50 euros because they said we did not pay for 4 guests, which we did in VRBO. shower broken, water heater broken, only one light working in each room, washing machine broken, front door of building did not close and it has to be closed with a rock! very unsafe! building smell like cat pee, poorly equipped kitchen, no assistance in check in. The worst experience ever"

"Traumhaft schön gelegene Unterkunft. Elena die Vermieterin wohnt mit im Haus aber man kann in Ruhe seinen Urlaub genießen, weiß aber das immer jemand da ist wenn man etwas braucht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit 2 Sonnenterrassen und traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und die Küste. Einzig der Zugang zur Unterkunft ist nicht so ganz einfach da die Straße die dort hinführt sehr sehr schmal ist. Wir hatten den aktuellen Opel Corsa als Mietwagen und links und rechts zu den Wänden nur...

A few hundred meters from train station; bus stop is near the Villa (for access to Taormina up the hill... or you can ascend the stair/path up the hill on foot,...

"We spent a week in this apartment and found it an ideal base for local outings, including Taormina and Etna. Forza d'Agro is a bit like a hill-top Sicilian St Ives - all tiny alleys and steep streets and stairs, with excellent restaurants. The chocolate museum was pretty original too! The apartment is well-equipped and clean, with a lovely terrace giving the most amazing views along the coast and across the valley to the mountains."
