Apartment 'A Ugghia- I Mori' with Shared Garden, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The holiday apartment "A Ugghia- I Mori" is located in Fiumefreddo and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Both bathrooms are inside the bedrooms and both of them have a unique entrance and are inside divided into 2 areas; one with toilet and bidet, the other with shower and sink. Each bedroom as well as the living room and kitchen has its own AC unit. The living area consists of: livable kitchen (dishes, glasses, cups, crockery etc. supplied), coffee machine "dolce gusto" pods readily available in the village shops. Guests will also find 1 bottle of water, 1 bottle of wine, welcome coffee pods).



Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office as well as air conditioning. A baby cot is also available.

A shared outdoor area is also available for your use, consisting of two gardens, one with a whirlpool (closed from 1/10 to 30/6) and an outdoor shower, the other with a relaxing and dining area.

Use of the whirlpool : Closed from the 1st of October to the of 30 April.

From the 1st of May to the 30th of June, open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

From the 30th of June to the 31st of August from 10 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.

Garden: furnished with tables, chairs, outdoor sofas, parasols.

The Mori flat has a garden and jacuzzi shared with the dependence flat.

Public transport links are located within walking distance.

Free parking is available on the street.

Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

Beach/pool towels are provided.

A laundry service is available for a fee.

High-quality linen and bathrobes are provided free of charge.

Très agréable location avec bon rapport qualité-prix

Logement parfait d'un point de vue qualité et propreté. Très bon accueil lors de l'arrivée. Les espaces extérieurs sont très agréables à vivre. Qualité du mobilier intérieur et de la literie exceptionnelle (mais non recommandé à des enfants en bas âge) Communication quotidienne avec le propriétaire pour s'assurer que tout se passe bien, et en amont afin de faciliter le déroulé du séjour (visites, plages à proximité, contact local...). Très bien situé pour l'exploration de l'Etna Nord et la découverte de la côte vers Taormine. (Ville et plage à proximité sans grand intérêt) On recommande fortement!
