Nightmare.. avoid at all costs
I'm not a fuusy traveller but must say this hotel was dreadful 1 Dogs barking threw the night 2 hard beds 3 no hot water 4 breakfast is eggs only ! 5 can't take guests into hotel 6 disinterested staff 7 expensive for amenities provided overall .. it was a very poor hotel sadly

Thank you for your feedback. 1) We can't help stray dogs from barking outside our property. They're only guarding their territory. 2) We've had no complaints from other guests about uncomfortable beds. 3) We have solar water heaters, so if you didn't get hot water, it would have been a common complaint of other guests too. 4) We have a breakfast buffet of tea/coffee/juice, bread, butter, toast & egg of your choice. This is common for all guests. However, if you like, you also have a choice of ordering from our a la carte menu. 5) In any hotel/resort in-house guests are not allowed to take their guests up to their rooms. They can entertain their guests in the hotel/resort lobby or restaurant/bar. 6) All our staff are kind and courteous. Our on-line and feedback forms are proof of the same. 7) For the tariff one would pay, we are more than affordable when it comes to prices and what we offer our guests, in comparison to other hotels around us.

Poor standards
Found resort staff to have poor understanding of English. Simple things such as drink orders were constantly incorrect. Had to ask everyday for fridge to be stocked with water and toilet paper to be resupplied. In comparison to what would be considered cheap accomodation they didn't meet the standards expected.

Backwash hotel,
I take 3 rooms during diwali festiwal, TV was not working in any room, Badseet was not replaced and also blanket was not provided till 10 PM . If you want to enjoy in goa then you don't stay in this hotel otherwise your charm for enjoyment will become zero.

well, first impression of the resort was good, as location is perfect for beach ,restaurants , and very nearby other tourist spots.no complaints for location at all ,best in Goa. importantly property is also good ,rooms are very spacious for 3 or 4 people to comfortably stay and relax. I had been allotted room on 2nd floor and checked in also but after some time came to know WiFi will not work in 2nd floor when checked with reception .when i requested for change of room ,initially said not possible, but was able to convince them somehow. and later they helped. overall i am very happy, and will comeback and stay there again.

Avoid this property. Inside a colony.
The hotel does not have their own staff for kitchen and room service. They have given a contract to some one else who does not listen to you. kitchen food is horrible. They must change the food quality otherwise will buisness. Room service not good.

Nice Hotel - Good location
I traveled alone and i felt extremely safe. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. For a budget hotel well worth the money. My room was very spacious with a lounge area with small kitchen a separate double bedroom and separate shower w/c. Room was basic but very clean and comfortable. This is not a luxury hotel however if you are looking for good clean basic accommodation then look no further. The pool area bar/restaurant area and reception are very clean. I had a really enjoyable stay hear. The hotel is situated in between Calangute and Baga both within easy reach ideal location for beach and night life. There are some lovely restaurants/bars close by and lots and lots of tourist shopping. Taxis close by too. There is a jewelry shop at the hotel and a beauty room there is also an excellent tailor who made me a pure wool suite at a reasonable cost.

Horrible hospitality!
The overall hotel infrastructure was okay. Although the hotel staff and service was really disinterested in their guests' comfort. When paid for Extra Bed and Mattresses, we identified that the same is not provided when the room was made ready for us on the Friday morning we checked in, even after notifying about the issue, staff remain reluctant, and in the night did not even provide sleeping blanket. Communication was too rude in either case, whether requesting for blanket, wifi or even Parking the vehicle. Overall, terrible experience from the staff service. Infrastructure was okay though!

Ok..If you can adjust & manage things on your own!
The room was spacious but poorly managed. The cot needed a repair. I felt that the staff needed a training on soft skills. While checkout we were waiting at reception to get clearance from room boy for room inspection. The last conversation between hotel staff was "Ok...you checked the room. Should I let them go?" The hotel accepts credit card but charge 3% extra which can be avoided by paying in cash.

Santa Monica resort stay experience
we had a good time staying in santa monica resort also extended our stay one more day as most of the north goa beaches are in the 1-2 km ranges it is easy to cover most of them in less time

Hotel Services are very poor like bed sheets will be changed every two days, even if I told to manager to change the one day old dirty bed sheet, he had not changed despite 30 minutes arguments. Manager is very arrogant. No attention on the room cleanliness by hotel staff. Telephone is not working properly - very much disturbance in sound. In actual, No other facilities available but shown on the photographs of the hotel, like beauty saloon, Jewellery shop, other shopping.

Nice hotel that is close to Baga...
As the location of the hotel is in calangute, it is close to baga and calangute beach. The rooms were clean and appealing. When the balcony door is opened a nice view of hotel is seen with the swimming pool in the center. Tv available with most of hindi and sports channels (no tamil channels except Jaya TV). Getting Two wheeler for rent and taxi to airport was so easy. Overall this hotel is a nice choice in season time.

Absolutely rubbish hotel. Rude staff
I was told it was 3 star hotel. That was far from true. The staff was very rude. They dont even know how to talk to customers. The rooms were bad. The door latch was missing. The telephone was not working. The pool was bad. The flush was not working. It took 2 hours to change the room. We were promised late checkout by Expedia but was rudely told that this is not possible. The food was bad.Overall, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.The beach was far off though we were told that it was 10 mins from hotel.

They have the generator however due to cost cut they don’t operate it. It was under maintenance for about a day. You can’t carry outside food or beverages/drinks. No lift and Ac doesn’t work on generator. We avoided the breakfast as it was just toast. Swimming pool operated between 10-6 PM so couldn’t get a chance to get in as it was too hot outside during that time. The work force was frustrated and couldn’t see anyone smiling or in the welcoming gesture apart from one or two people, felt as if either they are underpaid or been trained to fight with people(witnessed a couple of arguments, thankfully no one misbehaved with us.) Did not try food as there were better options nearby. Room service is paid(need to shell out some 15-20% if you want to order something) no service after 10:00. Internet is paid as well. You guys can try if you want to hire this place only to spend night. BTW under 1K its value for money. Don’t expect too much from this hotel. I guess it can be much better if the owner/Manager takes feedback and work upon their shortfalls and behave friendly. People go to GOA to have a nice time and not to spoil their mood. We had a good time as we spent very less time in the resort/hotel/hostel.

Staff need to be a little more friendly
Room was OK. The A/C cooling was poor. I did not complained about it as i am OK with the fan. Offered me a pool view room and early checkin also. That was great... Pool cleaning was done everyday but pool timing should be changed from 7AM to 8PM. The bad part of the stay was we are allowed the top most floor only. Staff should be more friendly and helpful. The person sitting at reception never smiles, seems that he is not happy with some thing.. A little bit far from beach. Not a walkable distance Pool depth show is 5 feet and water level is 6 feet. This is very dangerous as they are giving wrong information. Your life will be in danger. Rest all as ok.

Review of The hotel
It is a budget hotel so do not expect good service. Whats more disappointing is that there is AC in only bedroom and living room is another area with no AC. The beds in our room were almost breaking. Could hear the noises each time we got off. Kitchen staff and breakfast is pathetic.

I got a good deal from expedia, at 900INR per day. The hotel is located in calangute & if you have a vehicle, then most of the hotspots are closeby. The staff were average and sounded uneducated when they handed me a butter knife to cut a watermelon. Also the housekeeping was called on request & said that they don't do it everyday.They offer continental breakfast which includes bread,butter,tea/juice.Anything else is charged additionally. The swimming pool was averagely clean and had lot of chlorine. Not sure when they change the water. Overall, if you are a person who will be out most of the day or night travelling, partying then you can choose this hotel as it would pinch u a bit only for the time you will stay in the hotel.

it is good for bachelor not for family
There was no proper staff. The present staff not bother about there customers. If the electricity goes they are starting the generator on request. The restaurant is so poor. The complementary breakfast they are providing like bread and jam as indian food and bread and butter as continental food. I never seen such improper hotel in my life. This place more bachelor people than families. I suggest family people dont go there anymore.
