Absolutely awful! Dirty, noisy, TV not working, staff not helpful with ordering a taxi to ferry terminal. Even Calais tourist office said not to stay in this accomodation. Overall the worst wannabe hotel I've ever stayed in.

Cette hotel est sale ! Chambre manquĂ© de propretĂ© aucun respect pour protĂ©ger des clientĂšle de la covid 19 sauf obligation de porte de masque. Le sol sale la douche moisissure, la fenĂȘtre fermĂ© pas, c'est dommage !

Das gesamte Hotel ist heruntergekommen und wird anscheinend als FlĂŒchtlingsunterkunft fĂŒr die Weiterreise nach GB genutzt. Das Bad hatte keine TĂŒr, der Waschtisch war kaputt, das WC hatte keine Klobrille, das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und bereits um 5 Uhr wurde man vom LĂ€rm anderer "Bewohner" geweckt. Die Flure wurden anscheinend seit Wochen nicht gestaubsaugt, ĂŒberall lagen Dreck und KrĂŒmel. Wir hatten mehrere Zimmer zum gleichen Preis gebucht, dennoch war ein Zimmer kein WC und es musste das allgemein zugĂ€ngliche WC genutzt werden. Dieses war stĂ€ndig völlig verdreckt und der Boden war nass. Expedia sollte ĂŒberlegen, dieses Hotel aus dem Angebot zu nehmen, es ist nur eine schĂ€bige Bleibe, kein Hotel!!!

A éviter !!! Pour avoir vu plusieurs chambres, celles ci sont affreuses... Une odeur est présente dans l'établissement, quant au service de nettoyage, on se demande avec quel moyen ils travaillent.

Rien de positif . C’est une honte de louer des chambres dans un Ă©tat pareil. Chambres nettoyĂ©es Ă  la vite fait , poubelle pas vidĂ©e , reste du savon usagĂ©, salle de bain dans un placard . Moisissure partout , normal les fenĂȘtres sont bonnes Ă  changer et de plus pas de chauffage dans les chambres en plein mois de fĂ©vrier . Du coup vous avez les odeurs d’humiditĂ©. Aucune norme de sĂ©curitĂ© pas de dĂ©tecteurs de fumĂ©e dans les chambres ni dans les couloirs. Cette Ă©tablissement ne devrait mĂȘme pas accueillir du public que se soit pour l’hygiĂšne ou pour la sĂ©curitĂ© de la clientĂšle et encore j’ai pas tout dĂ©cris sur l’etat De propretĂ©

L'accueil a été bon et arrangeant. C'est l'état du couloir et de la chambre qui laisse à désirer. C'est aussi trÚs mal voire pas du tout insonorisé. Et les toilettes sont repoussantes.

Room smelt stale. Shower was cold. WiFi didn’t work. Supposed to have twin beds but it was a double in one of the rooms. Toilet seat didn’t fit properly. Definitely won’t be staying here again.
