- The detached house is located in a very quiet area of Segur de Calafell on a one-way street 500m from the rail station, the city center, supermarkets, restaurants and all shops.
The highway is 900m at the end of the same street.
200m away you will find a sports center for tennis, paddle tennis, swimming pool.- During your vacation you will not need a car, you can walk to the beach, restaurants, sports center, cinema, supermarket. There are also bus lines to various destinations, direct highway access just 1km away.

- Segur de Calafell is located halfway between Barcelona and Tarragona, it has its train station and you can reach both destinations directly in half an hour.
