The main bedroom offers brand new queen and double size bed, flat screen TV, a private bathroom, closet, and views of the water and golf course. Everything was exactly as pictured! As first time renters of this condo we really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, comfortable and quiet place. The owners also stayed in touch throughout the week to make sure all was going well.

Perfect 50th Birthday Celebration

My husband and I stayed at this location with our best friends and we enjoyed the condo very much. Everything we needed was there. The condo was exceptionally clean. Anytime I needed to speak with the property owner, she was available. We will definitely be staying here again.

Very nice Condo, very quiet building in. We sat on the balcony often, nice sun and excellent view.Condo was well equipped and very clean. We were very happy with our stay. Host were terrific.

Great location and views

This condo is at a great location with great views of the golf course and within minutes of Calabash restaurants, shopping, etc. The unit was very clean and comfortable and the host was very responsive. Highly recommended and look forward to another stay again.

Wonderful time

The condo is in a great location. The neighborhood is beautiful. John is wondeful. And the couch....is so comfortable and cozy that I am actually ordering one like it.

Spacious and comfortable

A light bright and very spacious condo. Well equipped and maintained, very clean throughout, very comfortable beds. On a nice quiet and safe golf community, we enjoyed watching geese wandering around the fairway! Only disappointment was we didn't know beforehand that the pool was unavailable to guests until June, don't know why that's the case, as we were there in April we couldn't use it. The listing should be updated to make it clear when the pool is open.

Nice 2 Bedroom Condo

Terrance And Diana were great hosts! The property is as described in listing in very good condition in a good location to several beaches and golf courses. Unfortunately Hurricane Debby came through during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy everything but we were very impressed with the Hosts willingness to work with us to make our vacation as enjoyable as possible. We will definately be back for another trip as we did love the area and will definately be looking to book this property again!

BEST Condo!

My family and I have stayed at NUMEROUS condo's on this property and this one is by far the best!!! Felt like home, not just a "rental condo". The kitchen was very well stocked, and all rooms were decorated very nicely. The beds were VERY comfortable!! Owners spend a lot of time and effort to make this condo a place you want to come and stay! This will be the only condo unit we will stay out of from now on. It's a must see.

Awesome condo

Everything was perfect. The host was responsive with any inquires and on a timely basis. The beds were very comfortable. Description of property was very accurate. I’ve stayed in this complex before so love the area. One recommendation would be to fix the main bathroom shower door as it was difficult to open and close. Other than that I would rent again for sure!

Great Vacation Stay

Very nice condo. Great communication. Beautiful views. A great location. A couple of awesome, comfortable porch chairs. Nice cable tv package and internet. Only drawback for me was double beds but they make that clear up front. 95 out of 100 for us. We will stay again as soon as possible!

Summer Golf Trip 2024

Condo was super clean and nicely furnished. We had extra snacks and beverages upon arrival. This unit has everything you want. This isn't our first-time being guests of Terrance and Diana. Everything is fantastic and they make things very simple/easy. I would certainly stay here again. Thanks again for another successful golf trip! Hope to stay again soon later this year.

Turtles! The condo had a balcony with a beautiful view of the little stream that runs through the golf course and the stream is full of turtles, even lots of babies. They were so cute and it was an unexpected bonus to our stay. The property area was very well kept and PM communicated well. The condo was clean and comfortable and pretty. The beds and sheets were so soft - high end!! They even left us some snacks! I was hesitant to stay in a condo that wasn’t right on the ocean in the beginning, but This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed.

Wonderful Place to Stay :)

Beautiful condo located on second floor. Check in process was a breeze and owner was easy to reach if needed. Unit was clean and fresh upon entry. Plenty of room for our family of four. The neighborhood is so quiet and serene. I could have spent the entire trip sitting on the back porch. We enjoyed just watching the golfers come and go. There is a pond in back too that is home to lots of turtles. A local told us they like to eat cheerios so my youngest had the best time feeding them. Of course there is plenty to do around town. We hit a couple of mini golf places and no visit is complete without looking in the Christmas store (Callahan's). You have several choices of beaches but our favorite is Sunset Beach. Overall an amazing place to stay and relax :)

Home away from home

My husband and I had a lovely time at the condo. We felt as though we were in our own home. The condo was nicely decorated, very clean and plenty of space. Facing the 8th hole of one of the courses, we were able to sit out and enjoy the view. Just a short ride to one of the many beaches and away from the hustle and bustle and traffic of Myrtle Beach. Many wonderful restaurants just a short ride away also. Being a gated community, my husband and I felt very safe. Upon arrival, I had a little trouble opening the lock box. So I called John Blumberg and he immediately came over. But by then my husband had figured out how to open the box. John came and opened the door and immediately showed us around the condo.. I enjoyed talking with him very much. He also gave us some input on places to eat and boy where they great...Would highly recommend this unit. We will definitely be staying here next year.
