We booked the trip and arrived late in the evening only to find out we were denied entry to the room because we booked the room less than 24 hours in advance. We were stranded in a strange town late at night without room and lodging accommodations I contacted the staff at the hotel and was met with a rude response and no help with either the hotel or hotels. Com. A complete disaster
