Spotlessly clean. 5 min drive to several beautiful beaches. Wonderful views - picture of sunrise over Ibiza from the villa balcony and we enjoyed watching the eagles fly overhead every day. "

" Great location, large villa with multiple issues that could so easily be resolved. We arrived at the villa after a 1500 mile journey and were shown our villa, pool and gardens. That’s all there was, no cold bottle of water (Or wine), toilet rolls, soap, the basics. First thing we had to do was a big shop to get our basic needs catered for. The villa is just TIRED. Needs a lick of paint, doors stick against the floor, chairs with flat cushions from a 1970’s second hand store. Soft furnishings in the place need throwing out and replacing. Eating on the dining table was an experience, bit like dining on a surfboard, needs work to stop it wobbling. The condensation drain in the fridge is blocked leading to water build up inside. The Lady who met us, nothing personal, could take a gentler attitude with her guests, she’s a bit “Abrupt” shall we say… Maybe a cultural or language issue – I can’t speak German. TV is German and Spanish, no English. There were notes around threatening “Fines” – retune the TV – 50 euros, leave a dirty barbecue – 35 euros. The villa was perfectly adequate for our needs and we had a good time, just a touch more appreciation for our business would have been nice. The owner is not looking at repeat business aspect very much."

"We were travelling as a family of nine and were delighted with the ample space the villa provided for a group of our size. There were enough bathrooms to ensure all couples had privacy; the kitchens were fully equipped and there were basic food items - cooking oils, salt, pepper, dried herbs etc - plus a generous welcome hamper to ensure we were good to go. The views from the pool are truly magnificent - you lose time, it's so mesmerising. The villa itself is pure luxury (the most sumptuous master bedroom, which we were lucky to get). All the bedrooms are generously proportioned. The property management company's service is excellent - the best I've ever experienced. Louise was lovely - always available to help; brilliant at settling us in - and the guide the company provides is second to none. I've never come across such a thorough service before. We would definitely book through this company again."

"We stayed here in August for two weeks with our family of five and had an amazing time. Everything was perfectly arranged: communication with the owner was smooth, clear, and very friendly. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a carefree holiday. The garden and pool are absolutely fantastic and made our stay even more special.
