What a Gem! Very enjoyable stay, looking forward to coming back

I usually don’t write reviews, but I must say that I was positively surprised by this house. The booking process was very easy, and the host responded in a polite manner to all my questions within less than 5 hours. When I arrived at the house with my husband, we were surprised by how clean the house as well as the outdoor area were as we have previously had a lot of bad experiences with not cleaned houses in this area, which is a concern for my husband’s severe dust allergy. The interior of the house is very charming, blending traditional Spanish elements with modern comforts (we enjoyed especially the modern kitchen). Everything was working well, and we did not have to worry about anything. As I have read the reviews before, I was a bit concerned about other additional fees, however the host explained them to me in detail again and they were stated in the description, so we were not surprised by any hidden fees. The location itself of the house is on a cliff, and you can walk down the cliff for 20mins to a small, beautiful beach, which we unfortunately did not get to enjoy swimming in as it is a bit too cold in Spain in November to do so. Also, you do need a car to get around this town (which we did know before as we are often there). Overall, we were a bit upset that we weren’t able to use the pool as we stayed at the house in November, however we already made a booking for summer and are looking forward to coming back!

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern 2 wunderschöne Wochen in der Casa del Sol verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einer tollen Wohngegend, ein paar Minuten vom Cap Nau entfernt. Ein Aldi und ein großer Supermarkt sind ca 10 Minuten entfernt. Das Haus bietet ein Elternschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (etwas härter), Klimaanlage, elektrischer Jalousie und eigenem Bad mit Dusche, ein Kinderzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten (etwas weicher), Klimaanlage und Badezimmer sowie Wohn-/Esszimmer mit offener schmaler Küche. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Toll waren die Insektenschutzgitter vor fast allen Fenstern. Wir haben jeden Morgen auf der Terrasse am Wohn-/Ess-/Küchenbereich gefrühstückt. Die Kids lagen dort auch sehr gerne in den Holzliegesesseln. Der Garten war sehr gepflegt. Wir alle liebten die Steinsitzgarnitur mit der Überdachung und dem Licht am Abend. Toll war auch der Kühlschrank und Tiefkühler in der Waschküche am Pool. Der Pool hatte eine tolle Größe und wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Perfekt war, das die Sonne diesen von morgens bis abends beschien. Für Pausen im Schatten war die Überdachung bei der Steinsitzgarnitur perfekt. Genau wie das untere Schlafzimmer mit der Toilette. Eine Wäschespinne und einen Außengrill und Gasgrill gab es ebenfalls. Wir hatten trotz täglicher Spülmaschine, ein paar Waschmaschinen, abendlicher Klimaanlage und kochen keine zusätzlichen Stromkosten. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Traumurlaub !!!

Wir sind absolut begeistert von diesem wunder schönen Ferienhaus! Wir haben 2 traumhafte Wochen hier verbracht hier stimmte einfach alles! Angefangen von der immer zeitnahen und guten Kommunikation mit Halyna - jede Frage wurde immer schnell und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Herzlich empfangen wurden wir vor Ort von Andreas - alles wurde erklärt und gezeigt. Die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel das Haus ist einfach traumhaft es fehlt hier an nichts! Einrichtung sehr gepflegt, Haus super super sauber danke hier an Andreas und Violetta! Der Pool und die Außenanlage mit den vielen Palmen und Pflanzen sind wunderschön und sehr gepflegt hier haben wir schöne Tage verbracht. Es gibt verschiedene Liegestühle und tolle Plätze rund um Pool und am Haus. Der schöne gemauerte Sitzplatz am Grill hat uns ebenso sehr gut gefallen hier gab es genügend Schatten an den heißen Tagen. Sehr angenehm war der 2. Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank im Raum unten an der Terrasse kühle Getränke und ein leckeres Eis waren so immer griffbereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist ganz toll,Cap Negre und Cap de la Nau in nur 15 Gehminuten Entfernung. Der Blick den man aus der Höhe von den Terrassen an der Küche und am Schlafzimmer hat ist traumhaft schön. Von der Dachterrasse sieht man das Meer und sogar den Gipfel Montgo sieht man von den Terrassen aus. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Villa très agréable

Nous avons pris beaucoup de plaisir à séjourner dans la villa d'Halyna, de grands espaces extérieurs avec un jardin parfait, une grande piscine, au top! L'intérieur de la maison est à l'avenant tout est fonctionnel, rien ne manque pour cuisiner ou presque, les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est très confortable. Quand au quartier, bien que le connaissant un peu, nous avons découvert à pied de magnifiques points de vues, le quartier est très calme et c'est un plaisir de le parcourir , en 3 semaines nous ne sommes pas arrivés à voir toutes les rues! Merci encore à Halyna et à Andreas pour tout et nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Sehr gutes Haus, aber versteckte Kosten

An dem Haus gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen, sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, und es sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Nette und freundliche Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin vorab und auch die Servicekraft vor Ort (deutschsprechend) sehr freundlich aber nicht Service eingestellt, siehe weiter unten. Lage ist auch wie beschrieben, ein Mietauto eigentlich ein Muss. Das weiß man aber vorher. Was uns ziemlich aufgestoßen hat, waren die versteckten nicht vorher kommunizierten Kosten. Eine Endreinigungsgebühr von 150€ sowie eine Gebühr für das Ein-Checken und Aus-Checken von JEWEILS 20€ (sowas habe ich noch nie gesehen und erlebt). Das mit den Handtüchern und Bettwäsche war ja vorher klar und daher in Ordnung. Aber solche Gebühren wie oben erwähnt nicht. Dazu kam, dass an dem ersten Tag beim Grillen, die Gasflasche leer war, welche eigentlich inklusive ist. Dies wurde dem Servicemitarbeiter vor Ort mitgeteilt, und er meinte, ja musste zur Tankstelle selber fahren und diese auf eigene Kosten austauschen! Ersteres wäre ja noch einigermaßen in Ordnung, wenngleich schlechter Service, aber auf eigene Kosten diese zu tauschen, empfanden wir mit den Zusatzkosten im Hinterkopf sehr frech. So haben wir halt den wirklich schönen Holzkohlegrill benutzt. Schönes und sauberes Haus, aber viele Zusatzkosten

No esta cerca del mar

En la descripción ponía que esta cerca de playa ( posible ir andando ). Era imposible, porque la casa se encuentra al lado de un acantilado ( mas arriba imposible ). En una zona donde no hay nada, solo un restaurante hecho para los alemanes y ya esta. Todo que te rodea son casas en cuesta o bajada, cuesta y bajada…una zona de casas que esta por la noche completamente a oscuras ( no hay lamparas ) sin coche completamente apartado. Los que le gusta aislarse y tener vista, pero no mar cerca, es ideal. La casa de por si no esta mal.
