"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. The whole check in service is very straight forward with the machine, the room was incredibly well-kept, clean, ecological, with all the amenities possible"
