"Fantastic hotel. Had an amazing stay. We were there for my boyfriend's 40th and they made it super special, with a bottle of bubbles on arrival and on his birthday. Food and drinks were good on all inclusive. The suite was incredible with amazing views. Beach is very close and really lovely. Would highly recommend. "

"We have had a perfect holiday in Cala Bona, thank you hotel Floriana. Staff are friendly, rooms are spacious and clean. Plenty of options during lunch and evening meals. Also able to help yourself to soft drinks and ice cream throughout the day which was perfect. The whole area of the hotel is spotless and every member of staff we met were helpful and friendly. "I had communicated directly with the hotel to upgrade and was quoted a price which I accepted and was told should be paid on check in. On arrival there was no upgrade I showed my emails to the receptionist Jose and was dismissed and found him rude. However I spoke to another receptionist the following day Jessica who explained things and arranged for us to be upgraded ASAP. Thank you Jessica.
