"Surrounding area poor but hotel spotlessly clean inside, good 3 star hotel"

"Really nice stay, very friendly staff, great food and a good location away from the hustle and bustle. The only thing I would say is we were put in a room with playground right outside the balcony and we didn’t have children with us, but it was ok. Note also, when asked if the hotel provided a transfer from the airport and back we were advised no and recommended to get a taxi at around €100 euros…but in actual fact, the A42 bus from the airport stops right outside the hotel entrance and costs...

"I had communicated directly with the hotel to upgrade and was quoted a price which I accepted and was told should be paid on check in. On arrival there was no upgrade I showed my emails to the receptionist Jose and was dismissed and found him rude. However I spoke to another receptionist the following day Jessica who explained things and arranged for us to be upgraded ASAP. Thank you Jessica. The pool is lovely all though the beds facing the sun have towels on early. Storage for clothes is an...
