Great Hotel in Cajamarca
Location couldn't be better. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant has a great menu of local cuisine as well as more standard offerings. A great stay and would book again without hesitation.

I loved how central this location is to get around. I loved the bar and the bartenders were the best, so friendly and attentive. I didn’t like housekeeping. They didn’t clean my room upon request. The gym was old and the equipment didn’t work. The swimming pool location was weird where I didn’t feel relax as many people and staff were passing through. One day it was 10 minutes for the breakfast to close and I requested a cup of coffee and they couldn’t offer that. As I said before if it wasn’t for the excellent service of all the bartenders I would have a horrible experience but I would come back because of them.

t this present time they are remodeling , looks very empty I loved the beauty salon and the jewelry store that use to be there they need more life inside I started visiting for my charity work since 2007 I recognized only two person Ricardo an excellent employee, polite .attentive sweet and professional gentlemen and Luis that unfortunately I was unable to see him this time , but I know that he still working. The cafeteria there are many nice people but they need to have more food variation more nice salads something fresh and light but good chicken salad , chef’s salad ,salmon etc more orientation to foreign guest and healthy less carbohydrates.

The breakfast buffet might be the world's best. The shower shampoo/soap dispenser was low in quantity. Cajamarca has a lot of greenery. The people are beautiful and friendly. I regret not trying the Inca bath and the naturally heated swimming pool.

Lovely Cajamarca
The hotel is amazing!!! The only thing I can say it was “complicated” was the moment to take a shower. For some people with hips or articulation problem to get into the shower tub could be a little difficult because the high of the tub. There is not where to hold for help.

The staff from being greeted by the door to the check in process and even waiters at the breakfast buffet were all INCREDIBLE. They were so helpful and attentive and our room was very clean. Kudos to the entire staff at Costa Del Sol Cajamarca. I would highly recommend and stay again!

Un ambiente cómodo y agradable. El personal atento. Las habitaciones cómodas y muy acogedoras para el descanso. Me encanto Como era Cajamarca. El lugar está en el Centro mismo de la Ciudad con acceso y facilidad a muchos puntos y lugares. Fue Agradable... Satisfecha!

Be aware of the prices in room service :(
The weather was great the hotel was good but if you order room services be aware that the price they have in their menu is not the same. I ordered room service por a pitcher of pineapple juice the price in the menu was 16 Peruvian soles but when I went to checkout . For my surprise the pitcher of the same pineapple juice was 25 soles. I did tip the waitress for the juice at the end , I paid double for the juice.
