Gostei bastante da pousada, está super novinha as instalações, café da manhã farto apesar da funcionária Cleide ter ficado sozinha devido a um outro funcionário que faltou, mas atendeu todas as nossas necessidades, super carismática e atenciosa. Teve outra funcionária também que se não me engano era camareira, foi muito cordial em todo tempo. Mesmo com a nossa estadia encerrada nos deixaram ficar até mais tarde com nossas coisas guardadas e utilizar o banheiro para tomar banho antes de ir embora. Recomendo esta pousada, talvez o que não foi excelente é a localização porque ela fica meio escondida em um beco, então não tem uma Boa Vista nos quartos, mas isso foi irrisório para nós.

A pousada Vila do Morro é uma excelente opção para ficar em Morro de São Paulo, perto da Vila, praia e o do centrinho. Instalações totalmente nova. Os funcionários sao receptivos e Luciana a proprietária nos acolheu com muito carinho e atenção! Uma experiência que recomendo. Luciana irá te proporcionar informações sobre a história da Ilha. Bom custo-beneficio, mas precisa melhorar
Bom custo-benefício, porém poderia ter uma qualidade maior no café da manhã, que é muito básico e sem muitas variações, e no atendimento da recepção, que fica a maior parte do tempo sem nenhum funcionário. No dia do check-out, por exemplo, a funcionária que estava na cozinha fazendo o atendimento dos hóspedes no café da manhã teve que descer para fazer o atendimento na recepção. Entendo existam períodos de baixa ocupação e que a equipe precisa ser reduzida por uma questão de custo operacional, mas isso não pode interferir no bom atendimento. A pousada parece ter pouco tempo de operação ou passou por reforma relativamente recente. Sugiro investir em decoração das áreas comuns. Paredes muito brancas, sem decoração, deixando o ambiente menos acolhedor.

Não há uma recepção: abre-se a porta e deparamos com uma divisória de madeira (não há nenhum assento). A pessoa que lhe atende, tentando ser simpática, age de forma deselegante o tempo inteiro, querendo ser sua amiga íntima. O chuveiro (sistema de aquecimento por painéis solares), devido ao tempo nublado, a água sempre fria, não há ligação a rede elétrica como alternativa.
