Simply Amazing! We had an amazing experience from the time we arrived until we departed. The facility is exquisite! Clean and stunning. The staff went the extra mile to ensure all of our needs were met. They made every concession to accommodate anything we requested. The food was delish and there's a variety of options. Mustafa Mahmoud did an excellent job in housekeeping and kept out room fully stocked and clean. All of the concierge were extremely helpful and provided us with everything we needed as well. The hotel is not close to shops or restaurants and is about an hour from the pyramids. (The only thing you'll need is to get an UBER). Although it is somewhat secluded, I enjoyed the location. I will be returning to The St. Regis Almasa! Definitely enjoyed our stay!

So glad I stayed here. I've been to Egypt a couple times and St Regis made the second stay much more pleasant. The food at both restaurants was delicious. The rooms were beautiful, beds comfortable, good shower pressure and very quiet. All staff were accommodating and so kind. The management was top notch. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

It definitely very beautiful hotel . We had great time staying in hotel . Staff were very helpful and we loved egyptian restaurant in hotel . Breakfast was great as well . I think there should be all-inclusive offer also be available so people staying can use most of things in hotel without a thought.

Great property for relaxation with tentative staff. This hotel was perfect for the two nights we spent here. The wave pool was undergoing renovations when we arrived, I think it is currently out of action until Christmas 2024. It will add a nice touch

Fantastic Luxury Stay - great hotel and amenities
Superb amd fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel is very luxurious Nd one of the best I have seen in the middleast. Each and every staff member was a delught and went above and beyond to provide excellent service and assistance. Special thanks to Ismail at the entrance, Abdel at fron desk, Ahmed Ismail and Farouk at Montego breakfast restaurant, Alaa our butler and Mahmoud at the spa. I highly recommend this hotel to all especially if you want to avoid the over crowded noisy Old Cairo life and relax in luxury with family.

This was one of the most opulent hotels that I have ever experienced. At its opening in 2017, it must have been one of the most exquisite hotels anywhere: a man-made sandy beach, tennis courts, football (soccer) field, cinema, and usual amenities like restaurants, gym, and an opulent lobby. Five years later, the beach is closed and under repair, and some parts of the resort need some repainting and repair. The core building, however, is absolutely stunning. The pool is beautiful and the service was superb. The food and attention from the staff were excellent. It is located about 45 minutes from downtown Cairo, in an area that was desert 10 years ago. There are literally, thousands of newly-constructed apartment complexes for miles. They are unoccupied, but when the estimated 5 million people move into the new administrative district in the next decade, this resort will be the center of probably any luxury stay. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and the staff decorated our room for a wonderful surprise for her. Kudos to the staff and management at St. Regis. Thank you for a memorable experience. We look forward to our next stay!

The staff here was very nice and the property is gorgeous! However since this is New Cairo most of New Cairo is still under construction so there are very little shops or anything around you if you need anything. That's not the hotels fault however in our case airline lost our luggage and were without our clothes for 2 days so we had to buy items when coming back from one of our excursions. Staff was extremely nice and most were able to communicate with us just fine. The rooms are lovely as well as the amenities. My husband only had one concern we rented bikes at the hotel for an hour and the bikes were not up to par for riding e.g brakes weren't working, needed air and tires Etc. The hotel also only had three restaurants and we can only utilize two since one was Buffet and was only open for breakfast hours which wasn't convenient for us since we fast during the morning hours so our dinner and lunches were only with room service or the two remaining restaurants however the food was excellent and the service as well.

We originally planned to stay there for one night but ended up by staying there for four nights because we enjoyed our stay very much because of the nice facilities and friendly staff. The only issue we had was that some of the guests were noisy around the pool area when they played their music loudly even at early morning hours. Some of them even played loud music in the breakfast area ( Montgeo ). We asked the staff to instruct them to turn down the music and the staff reluctantly did that after repeated request.

Loved the hotel. The food at the restaurants tasted great. Indoor outdoor pool was great. They have the best hotel weight room I have ever seen. Sucked that the beach was not functioning though. Staff was extremely friendly and they all wished my wife a happy birthday.

We had a very beautiful expercience. We celebrate my birthday and my mom’s birthday at St Regis Almasa and we had a really great time. The staff are welcoming, including Alaa Ali. We were treated like we were VIPs. Thank you again for this wonderful experience. For tours, we had Sala, as our driver and Ayman as our tour guide. Everything was so perfect! Will definitely recommend this place and their tours.

This hotel is amazing. Definitely top two ive ever stayed. Everything is amazing however i didnt get a full tour/breakdown of all the amenities which would have been nice. Also, its far from the city so beware. Otherwise, if i ever come back to cairo, ill stay here again as a rest location.

The hotel is very far from anything and the road is lonely especially at night with a lot of construction in the surrounding area. The staff are very helpful knowing that they offered a room upgrade but we couldn't enjoy and had to check out after one night and go to another hotel. Very bad food (breakfast)

I went to the hotel with my wife to celebrate the new year, and I asked the hotel to decorate the room and, I’ve been there for 4 hours waiting then, and when I got the room they did nothing at all, they really don’t make any thing at all! It was a terrible new year night in that hotel.

I didn’t enjoy my stay. This hotel charges for everything and if you don’t tip the staff get mad.also they made me Pay 140 per person for a Covid test. Most places offer them for free when I stay with them.overall I wouldn’t go back

I Highly recommend but first, believe the reviews that say this place is Far. It is FAR away from everything (2 hours from pyramids not including traffic) and there is currently nothing outside of the hotel. To my understanding, a new city is being built in the area but as of now, there is nothing. Also, there is still construction and renovations going on the resort (campus). This didn't cause any disruptions however. Besides these two things, this hotel really exceeded expectations. First, the hotel, and the rooms look exactly as advertised in the photos and even better. Everything is very clean. Hotel staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Front desk made the check in process very easy, they gave us a tour of all of the facilities (using the map cause walking around would be much), and we were taken to our rooms. I'll especially mention Hussien who works in the Movie theater for catering to our group and helping to set up a birthday surprise on the big screen. Also, setting up the airport shuttle to leave was seamless. All the amenities are great although some are not fully open yet. I am excited to go back here once everything is complete and fully operational. I highly recommend visiting. If you are looking to stay close to all the tourist destinations such as the pyramids, this is not the place for you. However, if you are looking for an amazing place to relax and enjoy, you will not be disappointed at all. Also, food was really good, best we had in Cairo.

I honestly really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely professional and I was overwhelmed by the amount of sterilization and constant disinfecting that I witnessed. Made my stay quite comfortable. In addition, the hotel is gorgeous from the inside and out. Their free shuttle to downtown also helped a lot as the hotel is a little outside of the heart of Cairo
