Jeg boede på dette hotel i en uge. Det ligger i byens centrum, hvilket har fordele som dens nærhed til Corniche og Cairo Tower, men også ulemper som støj og larm, især sent om natten, når det er umuligt at sove. Det er bare hotellets ydre. Indenfor er der ingen daglig rengøring. Hvis du anmoder om rengøring af værelset, får du ikke håndklæder, medmindre du selv går hen og beder om dem. Det samme gælder toiletpapir. Værelset har hverken en stol at sidde på eller et bord. Der er intet strygejern til at stryge tøj. Badeværelset på værelset flyder over med vand fra toilettet! Hvis du bruser, fyldes badeværelset med vand. Værelsesdøren låses kun ordentligt, og vinduet lukker træk ind! Morgenmaden er den værste på hotellet! Det er bare et æg med ost og brød. Hvis du beder om te eller kaffe, skal du gentage anmodningen flere gange, før du får det. Og morgenmadstiden, som skulle være fra kl. 8:00 til 10:00, ignoreres fuldstændigt. Altid efter kl. 9:30, i cafeteriet, som var meget beskidt og havde så mange katte, skulle man vogte sin mad for dem 😩😩😩 Det eneste gode ved hotellet var den gode behandling fra hotellets personale, især hr. Ahmed 😊 Kort sagt, jeg anbefaler ikke nogen at vælge dette hotel 😥

dans la chambre plusieurs mobilier était cassé, nous n’avions qu’un seul linge, la douche coulait et donc la salle de bain était trempée, rue très bruyantes, porte fenêtre cassée donc impossible de la fermer le soir le personnel est venu toquer à notre porte 2 fois à 22:30 pour des raisons étranges … en tant que femmes nous ne nous sommes pas senties en sécurité
