The hotel is centrally located in Giza right by the entrance to the pyramids and sphinx. The hotel and rooms and clean and staff is friendly. The rooftop restaurant has a great unobstructed view of the pyramids and sphinx.

The staff is what makes this spot great. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. The area is not the greatest but never felt unsafe.

This hotel is very clean and nice but in a depressed economic area--Giza. In the U.S.this is probably like our Comfort Inn or Motel 6 properties except with a million dollar view of the pyramids from rooms and rooftop restaurant. The staff was very helpful. They arranged transport from/to airport. Our driver (Alibaba), gave us tremendous insights (above and beyond) on our way to airport. We arranged a tour through the hotel of the new Grand Egyptian Museum and old Egyptian Museum in Cairo. The guide they sent was university trained and she was excellent. This hotel was an excellent value (about $125 including tax per night for 3 nights). Breakfast was included and was very good but not great in terms of variety. We ate dinner there twice and it was a good value for the money and more food than we needed-with a million dollar view during the meal. Negatives were these-small leak under sink that I just put one of our towels down during the stay and water would spray out of the shower on to the tile needing other towels to wipe it up. Elevator went out of service our last day. If you have mobility issues then it might be difficult to get to the restaurant on the roof as the elevator only goes to the 4th floor and then you must walk up an additional set of stairs to the rooftop.

Spectacular view from the rooftop restaurant and also from our room with the property set due east of the Great Sphinx and pyramid of Khafre (the one with the remaining limestone top). The hotel front door is 20 meters from the entrance to the evening light and sound show (that you can definitely watch from the rooftop) such that you are absolutely in the heart of the old neighborhood of camels, donkey carts and pyramid complex visitors. Food and restaurant service exceeded expectations; nice Egyptian mixed grill and collection of smoothies. Completely suitable and helpful-to-have breakfast at the same open air rooftop restaurant.

Wow this place horrible . If you want the hood come here. People smoke in the lobby. They were doing construction at 3am not joking. Mold in the shower and the water heater was leaking all night . The manager after I told him I’m leaving early he apologized and gave me 3 dates that he had in his hand

Unbelievable views from rooftop dining area, some rooms also stunning views, worth paying extra for. Basic but nice breakfasts. Dining at night during light shows on pyramids was excellent. Lovely Egyptian theme throughout hotel was lovely. Staff were all lovely, overall very pleasant stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate booking it again. Small property no pool but amazing view.

- Positives: The view of the pyramids from the balcony and/or rooftop is unbeatable. Having one of the national dishes of Egypt (koshary “delivered”) eating it in the balcony with the pyramids in the background was out of this world. Staff were very welcoming at the front desk. Breakfast was lovely (Egyptian authentic food) served with love by phenomenal staff. Finally, a special thanks to Mohammed the room/bag service guy, he gave me lots of helpful tips and was very honest. - Negatives: unfortunately, the area is not well maintained in front of and around the hotel nor cleaned; thus, you can smell animal poo from the room. Rooms are not insulated and you can pretty much hear the foot steps from the street and outside the room. Room doors are old school and extremely loud when closed, with the walls not insulated, expect to wake up from deep sleep every time a room door in your level closes (like it is being slammed shut). Showers have no curtains (causing entire bathroom to be covered in water) and the heater barely allows one quick shower before it runs out of hot water when full. When I asked for a curtain, they said “we sent someone to buy it, he’ll be there to put it in 10 minutes.” I called again 3 hours later and still got the same answer (the 10 minutes lasted my entire stay and I still didn’t get the curtain lol). Finally, for the price I paid, this was not what I expected.

The hotel and staff were excellent there was one problem with one of the 3 hotel taxi drivers we booked through the hotel, the driver asked how long we would be staying at the national egyptian museum we said 4 hours so we agreed to be at the drop off zone 4 hours after we arrived at 11am so we came out at 3pm , there was no driver there so we waited for a further 1 hour and 10 mins before the driver arrived at 4.10pm which we got no apology for

Loved our stay here! The hotel was really fabulous and the staff went above and beyond for us. Special thanks to Aladdin and Hafiz for making our stay extra special. Highly recommended for it's service, the stunning view of the Sphinx and Pyramids from it's terraces, it's cleanliness and proximity to the Sphinx entrance gates. Couldn't have asked more for our stay in Giza. Thanks to all for an amazing stay!

This property has one of the coolest views of the pyramids of Giza and the sphinx. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing! Rania the hostess / waitress at the restaurant was awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, as well as dining at the restaurant. The hotel is a 15 second walk from the pyramids of Giza and gives you the most bang for your buck!

Best hotel to stay, if you get a balcony facing out to the pyramids and sphinx. Also great option to see and hear the light and sound show,from the rooftop restaurants. Great location for pyramids!
Excellent location for the Pyramids with wonderful views from the rooftop restaurant. Staff are lovely, especially the dinner staff on the rooftop restaurant who can’t do enough for you. We had one night in a standard double room which was clean but in desperate need of an upgrade! Just pay the extra money and get a better room facing the pyramids as they are beautiful! We spent a further 2 nights in an amazing room which was modern and light! The only negative things I have to say was that they were doing building work somewhere in the hotel and we had to complain 3 times as they were banging and scraping until gone 11.00pm so we couldn’t sleep. And their internet was non-existent in the rooms, but they did manage to fix it after us nagging them constantly. Overall a good hotel with nice meals and great location!

They promised me a free transport from airport and I gave all relevant information (flight number, arrival time) at least a week ago. I requested them to send a driver carrying sign with my name at the exit gate in the airport. Surprisingly I found none was waiting to pick me up upon my arrival; I called the hotel - none received … then I managed to contact the other person whom I knew in the hotel and after at least 10 times call - finally I found the driver after waiting 45 minutes in the airport! Horrible service !

Right in front of the pyramids! Location is beyond amazing. Breakfast was great with the western food options and some Egyptian dishes. The same restaurant is open for dinner and we ate there for a couple of nights. Also offered western and Egyptian dishes so everyone was happy. There are not that many good options around the hotel, so we took Uber for dinners in Cairo. Uber is very cheap so no problem. Bottomless Complimentary water bottles. The hotel can arrange tours for Cairo and Luxor anytime. We asked for an English guide but the hotel gave us a deal for a Japanese speaking guide, which was very generous (English speaking tour guides are generally cheaper). The only thing was the hot water tank is not that big so you cannot take long showers.
