Convenient location across from the exit of the pyramid of Giza, and a 5 minute walk from the ticket booth/entrance of the pyramids. Mostafa makes a conscious effort to make customers comfortable, starting with a welcome drink on the rooftop and accommodative with luggage storage. The only con is the walls are thin, so you can hear people in the hallways.

Our experience at Giza Pyramids Inn was truly exceptional. The hotel offers one of the best views of the Pyramids, especially from the rooftop it’s absolutely breathtaking and unforgettable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Fantastic stay. Egypt is chaotic so it’s nice to be in a hotel that looks after you and makes sure you know what you are doing and will help in any way they can. There driver Islam was amazing, great hospitality. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. And the views are the best around.

Great location and service but extra charges.

The service was good, the guy how work as waitress is a great and servicial man. Great location. Great view to the pyramids. The only concern was that if you pay with card they request a extra 10%, and the description doesn't said that we had to pay in dollars because they doesn't like egypcias pounds also anybody likes egypcias pounds in Egypt!!! So I recommend just to change a small amount of dollars.

Once we were checked into the correct property, the stay was ok. The driver did show up to pick us up at Cairo Airport, so we started on the right track. The driver, was nice and spoke good English, he mentioned he was just the driver for the hotel and he had a day job at another hotel during the day. He drove us at 2:30am to a Hotel called Pyramids Glory Inn, they made me believe this was where I made my reservation. Filthy place, my room on the last floor, no elevator. I refused to stay here because this was not the place I reserved. After they saw me upset, they told me that had another property around the corner and they could show it to me, to see if I liked it. Of course this is where I had made my reservation, Giza Pyramids Inn, with a roof top restaurant, elevator and my room with the view of the pyramids. To my surprise our driver was there, in charge of reception with another guy. They mentioned to go rest and tomorrow management would talk to me about the extra payment. I told them I had already paid and there were no conversations to be had. They never bothered me again. If the driver would have taken me to the right property the first time, they would have gotten a 5 all the way. They try to scam you, if you let them. They have multiple properties and they put you wherever they feel like. I had my reservation and room details with the name of the hotel. They think because you are tired and jet lagged, you will just take what they give you. Be careful!

The crew is unprofessional and unpleasant. Instead of focusing on solutions, they create additional problems. This results in unnecessary stress, which they themselves cause, and then they ironically ask with a smile whether everything is okay.

Hotel is ok. It is very old (like most things in this part of Giza). They will nickel and dime you to death with offers for airport pickups, tours, etc. You can get better deals on your own. Overall, the hotel is fine, just don't use them for any extra services.
